United Brothers delivered a turnkey commercial office suite buildout for a corporate tenant in Manhattan. The scope included full-height glass-and-steel partition systems with black steel frames, complete ADA-compliant bathrooms featuring marble tile, custom vanities, backlit mirrors, and wall-hung fixtures, and three custom kitchenette installations with quartz countertops and integrated appliances.
Additional scopes included acoustic ceiling systems, LED lighting throughout, millwork, and all associated MEP rough-in and finish coordination. All work was completed in compliance with NYC DOB requirements and ADA standards, from demolition through final punch list.
