Project Overview
This project consisted of a complete, high-end interior renovation of a private residence. The work covered the kitchen, primary bathroom, and a custom walk-in dressing room, and was executed to a luxury standard of finish with natural stone, custom millwork, and architectural lighting throughout.
The photographs show two kitchen designs delivered under this renovation: a classic kitchen with raised-panel painted cabinetry, dentil crown molding, and book-matched Calacatta marble on the island and backsplash; and a contemporary kitchen with flat-panel wood-veneer cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, and a quartzite waterfall island with bar seating.
Scope of Work
- Complete demolition and reconstruction of the kitchen areas, including new custom cabinetry (classic raised-panel and modern flat-panel designs).
- Fabrication and installation of natural stone countertops, waterfall islands, and full-height marble backsplashes (Calacatta and quartzite slabs).
- Installation of new appliances, stainless steel range hoods, pot fillers, and undermount sinks with designer fixtures.
- Primary bathroom fully clad in book-matched Arabescato marble — walls, floors, ceiling, and floating vanity — with a freestanding soaking tub, frameless glass shower enclosure, dual vessel sinks, and backlit mirrors.
- Custom walk-in closet and dressing room with LED-lit shelving and hanging systems, a central island dresser, brass pendant lighting, and a built-in vanity desk with an illuminated mirror.
- New herringbone hardwood flooring, crown moldings, recessed lighting, and finish painting throughout.
- Coordination of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins to support the new layout.
