This project delivered a fully remodeled kitchenette and pantry area within a commercial office space at 400 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The design uses a clean, modern palette of light stone-finish cabinetry, quartz surfaces, and matte black fixtures to serve the daily needs of the office tenants.

Project Overview

The photographs show the completed pantry: full-height cabinetry with integrated tall storage units, a quartz countertop with a matching full-height backsplash, open display shelving, and a built-in microwave station.

Scope of Work

Demolition of the existing pantry area and preparation of all wall, floor, and ceiling surfaces.
Supply and installation of custom flat-panel upper and lower cabinetry with full-height pantry and storage units.
Installation of quartz countertops with full-height matching stone backsplash panels.
Installation of a new undermount sink with a matte black pull-down faucet and related plumbing connections.
Built-in appliance installation, including a recessed microwave unit.
New open shelving and finish carpentry at the coffee/service niche.
New suspended acoustical ceiling tiles with recessed LED downlights, plus updated electrical outlets and switches.
New stone-look floor finish and final painting of the surrounding office walls.
